Camp-In at Hillsdale Elementary

Pack 92 Families,

Our FOURTH annual winter Pack 92 CAMP-IN is Saturday, January 11th.

Date:  January 11-12
Time: Saturday 11th 7pm - Sunday 12th 10am
Location: Hillsdale Elementary School
Who: All Pack 92 families (siblings are more than welcome also)
Cost:  Pack 92 providing dinner pizza/drinks.  Families will be assigned to bring a breakfast snack to share with all.
PIZZA delivered at 7:30pm.
RSVP: Sterling (list adults/children attending)
Items needed: Sleeping bag, sleeping pad/air cushion, pillow, blankets, warm clothes, designated morning snack

Items not allowed:  tents, cots, or anything that could damage the floor

Sunday AM "snacks" by last name: 
    A-I bagels, muffins, yogurt..., J-R fruit, S-Z water, juice, milk.

*Additional info:
  1. If you have a favorite children's movie please bring it also.  We can't guarantee we'll watch it, but it gives the Scouts more choices other than my favorite "The Sound of Music" ;-)
  2. Crafts and games will be provided for the evening.
  3. Upstairs of Hillsdale Elementary School will be off limits during the "Camp In".
  4. Classroom areas behind glass doors will be off limits during the "Camp In".
  5. Cub Scout Pack 90 is also invited to attend.
Schedule of Camp-In:
  • Start arriving at Hillsdale Elementary School 7pm *please no arrivals after 10pm*
  • Pack providing drinks and pizza delivered at 7:30pm to school
  • Craft/Games start at 8pm (sleeping bags should be in position for the night)
  • Movies after craft/games will go till everyone asleep or 1am
  • Wake up at 7am: start loading vehicles and have a quick snack (families will be designated which items to contribute depending on last name and who signs up) *bagels, cream cheese, fresh fruit, juice* 
  • Clean up the school 8-9am.
  • Lock up Hillsdale Elementary and drive carefully home 10am
The last few years have been a blast and we hope to have even a BIGGER BLAST this year with addition of crafts/games.  Again, please RSVP Brian Skinner if you are attending with how many adults/youth.
